These all are possible by Computer. Computer is origin of many discoveries, but what is origin Computer itself. When & How idea of Computer pops up.

Idea of Computer is came up from a problem which is  solving complex equations  easily and accurate. In growing of Science different problems and questions appears. Which were cleared by Mathematics. Mathematics can solve every problem with logic using equations, but as different discoveries came Mathematical equations became more complex. And we need an assistant for help in this.

Blaise Pascal: 

In 1642, Blaise Pascal invented the  Pascaline , which is a mechanical Calculator to solve sums easily. this device can  add and subtract  in numbers but was not capable to do anything else, but actually I appreciate its invention.

Leibniz:

30 years after Pascaline,  Gottfried Van Leibniz  took things a step further. He said that Pascal's machine could do multiplications, divisions and find square roots with some changings. He modify Pascaline to make able to do other operations and called it the  Stepped Reckoner .

Charles Babbage:

Now, it's time to create a history by building  The Difference Engine . This machine is also known as  Father Of The Computer . This machine can get a whole series of complex equations as input and present an output. This was time of 19th century when we get one of the most remarkable invention which can  store data  temporary to process it. It's same technology we are using to store data in modern devices but with complex and micro technics.
